Passed down from generation to generation for 80 years, Timothée Cagniard and his team passionately uphold the tradition and rigor imposed by respect for this technical heritage.
In 1938, Marie Cagniard Yeramian, a free-spirited, modern and visionary woman, founded the SIARE ® loudspeaker brand. At a time when entrepreneurship and electro-acoustics were not very open to women, she boldly made her mark by placing innovation at the heart of her industrial approach.
From radio component operator to loudspeaker craftswoman to audio industrialist, she became a symbol of success that brought Siare to the forefront of the media.
The company became France's most important loudspeaker and speaker manufacturer in the 70s and 80s. At the helm: Marie, her son Thierry Cagniard and Michel Visan (founder of the Davis acoustics brand) were behind the creation of loudspeakers that marked their era with their modernity and quality, and made the brand a success.
