What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (secure online payment): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ALMA (payment in 3 or 4 instalments at no charge) from €300, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use several payment methods?
We do not offer combined payments. Payment for your order must be made using a single method of payment (CB, ALMA, Paypal...).
Why is my card rejected when I try to pay for my purchases?
There are several reasons why your credit card may be refused payment: insufficient funds (in this case, consider a split payment), incorrect credit card details (e.g. incorrect credit card number, CVV or expiry date), suspicion of fraudulent activity...
Do I have to pay extra to pay with alma?
Fractional payment with ALMA is free of charge for you, as we assume 100% of the commission charged by our partner.
How does the pre-order process work?
The pre-order process is identical to a normal order, except that the product is not available when you order it. Your pre-order requires immediate payment, which guarantees that your product has been reserved. It will be delivered to you as soon as the model is available.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the Euro zone.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been confirmed?
You must contact customer service as soon as possible to change your delivery address. This will only be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.
How quickly will I receive my order in France?
It takes an average of 2 days for your order to be delivered in mainland France from the moment you validate your order. It may take a little longer in insular areas (e.g. Corsica).
How quickly will I receive my order in Europe?
Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery of your order within Europe from the moment you validate your order.
Returns
General information about returns
In application of the provisions of article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of your order to return the item delivered for exchange or refund, at your discretion, without penalty except for the cost of return.
The "Service Retour Produits" must be informed in advance by email to [email protected] before returning the goods.
What is your returns policy?
To exercise your right of return, the product must not have been opened or powered up. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in its entirety.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it has been received and accepted by CC LAB - La Boite concept. Returns that do not comply with CC LAB's conditions cannot be accepted.
Laboiteconcept.com gives itself a maximum of fifteen (15) days to reimburse you via a method of reimbursement predefined with you. Repackaging charges may apply depending on the condition of the packaging.
