Article 1: Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed via the www.laboiteconcept.com website. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of a case not covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the distance selling rules of the place where the company is headquartered shall apply.
Article 2: Orders
CC LAB undertakes to accept orders placed via the Internet under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and within the limits of available stocks.
By validating the order, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All orders will only be taken into consideration once payment has been received and will be confirmed by Laboiteconcept.com by an order confirmation e-mail.
Laboiteconcept.com reserves the right to cancel all orders that do not comply with the terms of the contract or are of a dubious nature, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute.
All orders placed on the Laboiteconcept.com site must have been placed by an adult or a person representing a minor; if the purchaser is under eighteen (18) years of age.
Article 3: Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (VAT, excise duty and any other applicable taxes). Prices also include the ecotax.
CC LAB reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the Laboiteconcept.com website at any time.
Article 4: Shipping costs
Shipping costsare free for orders over €300* (standard delivery) (*excluding Express and "RECONDITIONED," "OUTLET," and "LOIA FURNITURE" products, excluding France) on thelaboiteconcept.com website for all orders in mainland France and countries in the euro zone (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia). CC LAB reserves the right to request a contribution to shipping costs for deliveries to mountainous or island areas.
For all orders placed outside mainland France and eurozone countries, shipping costs are payable and must be paid by the Customer before the goods are dispatched.

Article 5: Delivery and tracking of your order
Laboiteconcept.com delivers in France and abroad (see pricing conditions in article 4 dedicated to shipping costs).
The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the parcel carefully on delivery, and to notify the carrier immediately of any reservations.
The Customer must refuse delivery to the carrier if the parcel shows visible damage resulting from transport. Please refer to Article 6 in the event of problems with your delivery for further information.
Article 6: Returns/Exchanges/Guarantee policy
In application of the provisions of article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of the order to return the delivered item for exchange or reimbursement, at the customer's discretion, without penalty except for the cost of return.
The "Product Returns Department" must be informed in advance by email to info@laboiteconcept.com before returning the goods.

To exercise your right, the product must not have been opened or powered on. The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, undamaged and in its entirety.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it has been received and accepted by CC LAB – La Boite concept Returns that do not comply with CC LAB's conditions cannot be accepted.
If the Customer complies with the terms and conditions set out above, then Laboiteconcept.com gives itself a maximum of fifteen (15) days to reimburse the Customer via a reimbursement method predefined with the latter. Repackaging fees will be applied depending on the condition of the packaging.
In case of exchange :
If you wish to exchange a product for another finish, please place a new order and return the original product. The original product will be reimbursed upon receipt and validation by CC LAB.
To assert your right, the product must not have been opened or powered up. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, undamaged and in its entirety.

If you are experiencing any issues with your device, please fill out this support form . For better service and support, only requests submitted through this form will be processed by our technical team.
Following our contact, we will do everything possible to repatriate your product so that we can diagnose the fault.
Return costs are the responsibility of La Boite concept in the event of a proven fault when unpacking.
If the product is returned to La Boite concept After the end of the warranty period, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product warranty :
La Boite concept guarantees that its products comply with the specifications contained in its customers' order documents.
The products of la Boite concept are all covered by a 2-year parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects in the equipment, excluding breakdowns resulting from assembly not in accordance with the instructions or from improper use or handling.
In order to benefit from a repair under the aforementioned warranty, the purchase invoice must accompany the equipment to be repaired.
In the event of warranty replacement, the replaced equipment does not benefit from a new contractual warranty, but is covered by the remaining warranty period. The elements covered by the warranty are the electronics and the loudspeakers (except for external deterioration of the membranes).
If the product is declared defective under normal conditions of use, then the warranty covers the repair of the device or the exchange for a new product (depending on the diagnosis). If necessary, we will return the repaired or new product at our expense. If the product failure is not subject to the warranty, we will send, at the Customer's request, a quote corresponding to the repair of the product if it is repairable and will only undertake the repair after confirmation and payment by the Customer of the out-of-warranty repair in question.
If the diagnosis carried out by our experts shows that the fault in the product returned during the warranty period is due to improper use or handling of the product by the Customer, then CC LAB will include in its repair estimate the amount of the outward shipping costs (slip prepaid by CC LAB when sending to our after-sales service) and return to the Customer.
The packaging carton must be kept during the warranty period in order to be able to return the defective product in its original packaging.
Otherwise, either the end customer will have to provide suitable packaging and protection in order to return the product, if necessary La Boite concept disclaims any breakage or damage occurring during shipping. Either La Boite concept will ship appropriate packaging and protection for the product in question, in this case La Boite concept will charge the end customer between €10 and €40 including tax for this packaging depending on the model concerned, in addition to the shipping costs.
In the event of a problem with your delivery: It is your responsibility to check the parcel(s) carefully on delivery, and to notify the carrier immediately of any reservations you may have. If you notice the slightest problem, you have the right to refuse delivery of the package to the carrier.
Once you have received your goods, you have forty-eight (48) working hours to send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier. In this letter, you must describe the damage precisely. You should also enclose a copy of the packing slip on which you have made your reservations.
Like any other formality provided for in article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, formal reservations are necessary to assert the rights of the shipper, buyer or consignee against the carrier. Please check your parcels carefully and note any reservations on the delivery note.

In the event of an error on our part: If you receive a product that does not conform to the one ordered via the Laboiteconcept.com website, we will repatriate and ship the ordered product at our expense.

Article 7: Payment
Payment for the product(s) purchased from Laboiteconcept.com is due in full when the order is placed.
Payment is made by credit card (online payment secured by the STRIPE module).
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. At the time of payment, you will be asked for your identity, credit card number, validity date and security code.
The STRIPE Module includes a 3D Secure 2 payment system to guarantee the protection of your bank details. Depending on your bank, you will need to validate a final step to complete the online payment.
ALMA module, payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge, from €300.
We do not store the credit card numbers used in transactions.
Article 8: Reservation of ownership
In accordance with the law of May 1, 1980, products delivered to the customer are sold under reservation of title. The transfer of ownership is subject to full payment of the price of the products by the customer, on the due date agreed between the parties.
In the event of non-payment of the total price of the goods on the agreed due date, CC LAB may claim ownership of the products at the customer's expense and risk.
Article 9: Personal data
Membership of the Laboiteconcept.com website requires the customer to provide a certain amount of personal data.
This data, which is required to process the order and manage Laboiteconcept.com's commercial relations with its customers, is secure, kept confidential and is not used for commercial purposes by third parties.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, consumers have the right to access and rectify any nominative information concerning them.
Article 10: Applicable law
The language of the present contract is French. All clauses of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all transactions and purchasing operations carried out from the Laboiteconcept.com site as well as by mail and telephone are governed by French law. Any dispute which cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the courts of the registered office of Laboiteconcept.com or to the court of the département chosen by the Customer.
Article 11: Unique Identifier (UID) for the EEE sector.
"CC LAB (507 737 609 00051) has been awarded the unique identifier FR006708_058HQI by ADEME, attesting to its registration with the register of producers of the EEE sector, in application of article L.541-10-13 of the French Environment Code. This identifier attests to the company's compliance with its obligation to register with the Register of Producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment, and to declare to ecosystem that it has placed its products on the market.
Article 12: Unique identifier for the National Register of Furniture Manufacturers
CC LAB is registered with the Registre national des producteurs d'éléments d'ameublement under number FR030489_10DJS9. This identifier guarantees that CC LAB, by joining Eco-mobilier, is in compliance with its regulatory obligations under Article L541-10-6 of the French Environment Code.
