Can I take part in the operation?
The operation concerns metropolitan France only.
What can I recycle as part of this operation?
We buy back your old speakers, HIFI systems, amplifiers, CD players and turntables, whatever the make, model or year of release.
How do I pack my old audio system?
Your old audio system must be properly packed, i.e. well protected. It must be perfectly wedged so as not to move or be damaged during transport, and the carton or packaging must be solid and suitable for transport.
How do I calculate the weight and dimensions of the appliance I want to recycle?
These measurements must be taken on the old audio system already packed, so that we know the exact dimensions and weight of the package to be removed.
The maximum weight allowed is 30 kilos, and the development (length + width + height) must not exceed 150 cm. Also, the longest side must not exceed 120 cm.
Who pays for the return of my old audio system?
We'll take care of transport and send you a pre-paid label.

Where can I return my old audio system?
You can either :
- Drop off your parcel at a post office or a Mondial Relay point after receiving your return slip if you have registered via the registration form on our website.
- Drop it off at one of our participating retail partners, the list of which you will find here . If applicable, you will benefit from the discount when ordering your speaker. La Boite concept at the reseller partner to whom you returned your old audio system.
Can I register online and take my old audio system to a participating dealer?
No, either you register online and we will send a return slip, or you bring your old audio system to one of the participating retailers where you can claim your discount on the purchase of a speaker. La Boite concept in store.
What happens once I have registered for the operation via the online form?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration for the operation. For our part, we'll find out which old system you'd like to recycle and send you a corresponding return slip.
How long does the operation last?
The operation runs from September 16 to November 1, 2024 inclusive. The date of registration on the form is decisive. Your discount code is valid on our website up to and including Sunday, November 10, 2024.
What happens once I've sent in my old audio system?
It will be recovered in our workshop, qualified by us and handed over to our recycling partner to give new life to your product.
How do the €200 and €400 vouchers work?
Your €200 voucher is valid for any order of a speaker from the range PR Link (Vinyl Nuts pack and pack PR Link + foot included) or Cube , that of €400 on any order of a speaker from the LX / LX Platine range (Supakitch and Lelièvre special editions included) or LX X / LX X Platine.
